Survey could help cut van insurance claims

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (Rospa) is looking into the safety of young people who get behind the wheel as part of their job - and it announced it would like to hear from managers who employ drivers aged between 17 and 24 years old.
Bosses are being asked to fill in an online questionnaire which will remain on the organisation's website until the end of the year.
Rospa said hundreds of companies had already taken part, but there was still time for others to participate.
Duncan Vernon, road safety manager, stated: "Most employers are identifying reasons why they feel the learner test does or does not adequately prepare young people for at-work driving."
Meanwhile, the group recently reported motorists who used mobile phones behind the wheel were continuing to cause fatal accidents.
